The cozy room provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The shower was more like using a tap than a proper shower.

Beautiful award-winning garden, Dog-friendly lodging, Close proximity to local attractions
Rooms need better amenities like bedside tables and sufficient lighting!!! Tidy those shower fittings and offer clearer exit routes!!! Food pricing requires re-evaluation since portion sizes are simply disappointing!!! Noise from the road disrupts the stay!!!

The homemade cakes at the Pelican Inn are an absolute delight, a perfect sweet treat to indulge in! Plus, the cozy room had great tea and coffee facilities, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Wiltshire.
The bar closed early at 10pm, leaving us with a boot full of discontent, and the noisy extractor fans from the kitchen above didn’t help with our evening vibe.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The garden was absolutely stunning, with a peaceful stream adding to its allure—perfect for an afternoon escape. I couldn't get enough of the homemade desserts. the sticky toffee pudding was divine! Plus, it was so refreshing to see a dog-friendly space where my fur-baby was as welcome as I was.

Lovely atmosphere and service!
Had a great experience! The staff were super welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed a chill meal in a lovely restaurant setting, although the food was a bit overpriced for the portion sizes. The vibe was nice, but the draught beer didn’t hit the spot. Still, the garden area was a relaxing bonus!

I had a lovely time at The Pelican Inn. The garden area was beautiful with a stream and a duck pond, providing a peaceful backdrop. My double room was clean with comfy beds, and the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. Parking was easy, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I faced some challenges. The noise from the floorboards was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also found the breakfast options disappointing, just some cereal with milk in the room and not much more. The bar closed too early at 10 PM, which was a letdown for evening relaxation. while the atmosphere and staff friendliness were notable, the noise issues and limited breakfast choices affected my stay.
